Added the offer on my phone and when I paid using my Amex it automatically showed as “Redeemed”.
I haven’t received my £15 cashback. Don’t know why, followed all the rules. Check in and transaction made 2 Feb. Feel like I’ve been duped as without cashback I paid more for my petrol rather than going down the road to a cheaper station.
Have you checked your statement online? My credit missed my last statement by 2 days so if yours is the same, it may show on next months and should be viewable online. Failing that I’d drop American Express customers services an email. Details in our FAQs page.
it seems that that shell special has been discountined? can’t find it at?
I’ve just checked and it’s still appearing here (North-West). Have you not already loaded it to your phone? I’ve found the offers disappear from my phone once they’ve been used.
Yes I have loaded to the card and I already received my £15 back for the £50 spend at Shell. Is this a one time only offer? Same thing also happened with Starbuck.
The Starbucks offer ended 13th February so this maybe why you were unable to see it second time round. The Shell was a once only offer, as many often are sadly. All the check-ins do state how many times they can be used and when by – see the GAP example I added here.

No did it not work, filled up fuel at a Shell petrol garage twice (New Barnet) on 24/04/13 & on 01/05/13 -amounts – £50.06 & £50.09
Discount of £15.00 was not applied ?

Firstly this offer ended on 18th April so neither of your purchases will have qualified, and you could only claim once. Due to the offer expiring, you will not have been able to check-in using the Foursquare application associated with your Amex card.
